Roger Dev – Founder and CTO

With more than twenty patents and three decades in large scale system design, innovation and implementation, Founder and CTO, Roger Dev’s vision and leadership keeps NextChoice at the forefront of self-service technology.

Bill Shaheen – President, CEO

A lifelong entrepreneur, Bill has created, owned, directed and served as an active investor in many successful companies from start-ups to established organizations.  After careful study of the NextChoice solution and self-service market, Bill became first a lead investor in the company and then joined as the President & CEO.  In that role, Bill guides the overall direction and operations of all aspects of the company.

Bill is also founding partner in the law firm that bears his name and is today one of the largest in New Hampshire.  With more than 35 years providing counsel for businesses and corporate clients, his guidance has resulted in significant successes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and business formation. Bill continues to represent many local, regional and national multimillion dollar businesses.

Wally Scott – VP Technology
Bringing more than 25 years of engineering management and system architecture experience, Wally is responsible for NextChoice’s Software Engineering, System Architecture, Quality Assurance, Customer Support and Professional Service’s Teams.

Wally as a successful track record of management and architecture for large complex software programs from their conception to release and delivering these programs on time and within budget. Wally is the inventor on 9 patents in the area of Network and Policy Management.

Prior to joining NextChoice, Wally held executive engineering positions in small, midsize and large corporations. These positions include Senior Director of Software Development at Broadcom, Vice President of Engineering and Professional Services and Support at LVL7, Senior VP of Engineering at Alcatel, and Senior Director of Architecture at Cabletron Systems. For these companies, Wally managed worldwide teams and had functional responsibility for System Architecture, Software and Hardware Engineering, Quality Assurance, Professional Services and Support.
Wally holds a BA in Mathematics from Northeastern University.

Lisa Senecal, VP Sales & Marketing

Lisa joined NextChoice after serving as President of iGather New Media, a new media development and consulting firm based in Washington, DC. With 20 years in sales, marketing communications and small business management experience, Lisa is a true sales and marketing professional, skilled at building and leading effective, results-driven teams.

During the past two decades, she has owned and directed all marketing, sales and public and media relations efforts for two nationally-distributed, award-winning educational children’s entertainment companies, served as VP of US Sales and Marketing for a design and manufacturing company and, most recently, run an award-winning New Media company providing direct client acquisition, strategic consulting and management and oversight of all advertising, fundraising, product development and partnerships activities.

Lisa graduated Magna Cum Laude from Norwich University with degrees in Marketing Communications and English.

Dick Andersen

For more than three decades, Dick has held executive positions at technology companies including VP level positions at TotalView Technologies, HighStreet Networks and NetSilicon. He also spent more than 20 years at Compaq/Digital rising to Director level where he made numerous contributions to the software, networking and management markets. From developing and leading marketing programs to heading teams delivering a complete portfolio of software, networking and management products, Dick has more than thirty years’ experience creating technology solutions and building the businesses that sell them. He also has a foundation in sales, consulting, and engineering working for companies such as Raytheon, Hewlett-Packard, and Price Waterhouse.

Dick holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Masters of Business Administration from Suffolk University.
